Group Mentoring
Whether you’re new to your nine-to-five or you’ve got some experience under your belt, Group Mentoring provides fresh perspectives—wherever you’re at in your career.
Leadership Academy
This selective program provides opportunities to join in-depth conversations with Wichita’s top community and business leaders, participate in leadership exercises, and forge indelible relationships with their fellow Leadership Academy class members.
Campus Wichita
Campus Wichita exposes students to industry and engages them in the community to help them envision a future of living and working in Wichita. Through dedicating time and resources Campus Wichita will prepare university students for the workforce in Wichita.
Mission Wichita
This program serves to bring together airmen and civilian young professionals to learn more about each other and their community.
Board Placement
This series connects W members with opportunities to serve on nonprofit boards of directors.
W Fund
Through the W Fund, young professionals can submit ideas and win funding to bring Wichita community projects to life!
