Impact

The Impact Action team facilitates opportunities for young professionals to effect change in Wichita. This team is responsible for hosting informational events about current civic issues, focus groups, and coordinating the Board Placement Series, a recurring program that connects W members with non-profit organizations.

Mission: Facilitate the advancement of YPs into leadership opportunities and civic engagement positions in Wichita, to create an enduring impact.

Vision: To create thriving communities led by diverse leaders.

Commitment

• Attend monthly team meetings
• Assist in the ideation and execution of Impact team events
• Attend and assist at the Impact team’s quarterly events

The Impact team meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 12:00 p.m.
