Game Changers Gala

Presented to a W member who demonstrates outstanding commitment to W through their time, talents, leadership, and service. This individual goes above and beyond through their involvement in an Action Team, W program, event, or other volunteer capacity. They take initiative, help turn ideas into action, and inspire fellow young professionals to get involved and make a positive impact within W and the Wichita community.

Presented to an organization, business, non-profit, or group that excels in attracting, retaining, and developing young professionals in the Wichita community. They provide opportunities for growth and foster a supportive environment for young talent to thrive.

This legacy award was named in honor of Thomas Stanley, a former board member and volunteer. It is awarded to an individual who has shown long-standing support for W and historically champions the organization. Like Thomas Stanley, they raise the heat and believe that we can all be better.
