Action teams focus on specific areas of affecting W members and the Wichita community. Each team of 10–20 individuals meets monthly to organize events and initiatives toward their team’s mission. Whether you want to better use your existing skills and connections or create new ones, there’s a place for you to get involved.
Connect
Do you believe in the power of networking? The Connect team does. Be part of the brains behind W’s events, building meaningful connections between our members, local organizations, and community leaders.
Develop
Calling all leadership-obsessed, growth-oriented individuals. The Develop action team creates opportunities for our members to cultivate the leadership skills necessary to excel in their careers and prosper in the community.
Impact
It’s time to make a difference and contribute toward a thriving community. Join the Impact action team to help create events and programs to make an impact in Wichita and propel our community forward.
Represent
Have a mind for strategy, marketing, or coming up with unconventional, creative ideas? Join the Represent action team and be the link between W and community partners, building relationships and actively engaging them in our mission.
