The Develop Action team creates unique professional and personal development opportunities for W members, including the planning and execution of two of W’s recurring signature professional development programs, Group Mentoring and Leadership Academy.

Mission: Make available opportunities for YPs to develop the leadership skills necessary to grow within their career and community.

Vision: Cultivate an array of leaders who excel in their careers and prosper in their community.

Commitment

• Attend monthly team meetings
• Attend additional committee meetings as necessary
• Assist in the ideation and execution of Develop team events
• Attend and assist at the Develop team’s quarterly events

The Develop team meets on the third Wednesday of every month at 5:30 p.m.
