Join Girl Scouts of Kansas Heartland for our annual Thin Mint Sprint 5K & Cookie Relay on April 16, and help support Girl Scouts across the state! This fun event will be at the council’s headquarters, 360 Lexington Road in Wichita. The 5K Run/Walk starts at 8:30 a.m. April 16, with awards given out at 9:30 a.m., and the Cookie Relay (complete with cookie obstacles) starts at 10 a.m.
Have fun with participating in the 5K run/walk, or sign up a team of four for the 600-yard Cookie Relay. Dress in your best Thin Mint costume to be eligible to win our costume contest, and enjoy activities for the whole family in the Family Fun Zone at the start/finish area. Each participant of the 5K will receive a commemorative Thin Mint Sprint T-shirt, a box of Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies, and post-race refreshments (yes, cookies included!)
