The North End Urban Arts Festival is a call for creative uprising in one of Wichita’s most diverse, yet under celebrated neighborhoods. The festival is part of a campaign of cultural interventions that build community identity by cultivating art from the ground up. By elevating the talents and joy within our neighborhoods, the North End Urban Arts Festival invites the community to recognize and collaborate in bringing out the creative potential that exists around us every day.
