At Board Placement 101 we will go through what when serving on a nonprofit board and what questions to ask to make sure you find the right fit. You will have the opportunity to learn from a panel of young professionals who have served and/or are currently serving on nonprofit boards. The panel will give their advice and share their personal experiences serving on nonprofit boards.

W’s Board Placement Program, presented by Davis Moore, is a two-part series, Board Placement 101 and Board Placement Speed Networking, which gives you insight on what it means to serve on the board of a nonprofit. Participants also have the opportunity to connect with nonprofits looking to onboard young professionals to their respective boards. To attend Board Placement Speed Networking participants are required to have attended Board Placement 101.
