Communities In Schools of Wichita/Sedgwick County is pleased to announce the unveiling of its new name at an Open House on Wednesday, Feb. 10th at 1:00 p.m. at the Joyce Focht Instruction Service Center, 412 S Main St, Wichita.

Over the past year, the Board of Directors has taken this opportunity of celebrating 25 years of serving over 200,000 students to analyze the organization’s adaptability to our local school and community needs. As a result, the creation of a fresh vision, mission and belief statements emerged, prompting a new name that better describes the organization’s purpose.
