Join the WDDC, City of Wichita Parks & Rec, and Public Works to help keep Downtown beautiful at Downtown Clean Up on April 18, 2015!

Clean up projects include: painting the Douglas underpass, graffiti removal, curb & parking stall painting, street & sidewalk sweeping, bed maintenance & landscaping projects in Naftzger Park, building picnic tables, and trash pick-up.

If you plan to attend, please RSVP by Thursday, April 16 to info@downtownwichita.org or 316-264-6005. Choice of Clean Up activity will be on a first come first served basis when RSVP’ing. All other volunteers will be responsible for trash pick-up. RSVP now to get your choice of project!

Please wear work clothes and bring work gloves if you have them. In the event of rain, the Downtown Clean Up will be postponed for a later date. If applicable, cancellation notification will be provided via email, Facebook and Twitter.

Clean Up Schedule:
A full schedule will be sent out the week of the Clean Up event

9:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Check-in at WDDC at 505 E. Douglas

9:30 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. Volunteers work on tasks

12:00 p.m. Lunch provided for volunteers by Marcus Rivera, New York Life Agent at Naftzger Park
