Dress for Success Wichita’s 14th annual Boo & Brew Bash, for which proceeds directly benefit local women looking to re-enter the workforce and become financially self sufficient, will be held from 8 p.m. to midnight, Saturday, Oct. 24, at Venue 3130.

This year’s event will have a formal masquerade theme, featuring live music by Annie Up, a group and individual costume contest, heavy hors d’oeuvres and adult beverages, live and silent auctions and an opportunity to take part in an exclusive giveaway for a pair of diamond earrings.

In addition to providing the women it serves with an interview-appropriate outfit, Dress for Success Wichita provides career development. These dollars raised at this event stay here in the community and support local women. Last year, they raised $11,000 making it possible to help over 30 women gain economic independence.
