Dress for Success Wichita is reimagining the Boo and Brew to focus on the most inspiring aspects of our mission to help women succeed in new jobs. We inspire confidence in women to be the best version of themselves at interviews, in starting new jobs, and thrive at work.

Dress for Success will be recognizing three extraordinary individuals in the Wichita community with three awards. The Thrive Award honors a recipient of Dress for Success’ services and has had transformational achievement, The Shine Award to recognize a volunteer within the organization for their effort and dedication and The Champion Award to thank our donors for their outstanding commitment to our cause.
