First Cup with Jenny Wiley

Fri, May 8 · 9:30a 10:30a

As our state begins its transition to reopen in the wake of the global pandemic, it leaves us feeling an array of emotions and unsure of how to move forward in a new state of normalcy. In this week’s First Cup, we’re going to dig into these emotions and discover ways to use our energy for positive outcomes.

Joining us is certified life coach, Jenny Wiley, who specializes in Community Coaching to help groups, like W, connect and expand together. In this powerful morning session, we’ll cover:

  • How to acknowledge and release stress, be mindful of our energy, and shift into a more growth-oriented mindset
  • What to do when it feels like you must have a “hard conversation” with those you are in relationship with — whether it’s your family, friends, or employer
  • How to be in this transition time in a way that feels productive, even though the future still feels uncertain.

Don’t miss out on this conversation. Register today.
