About our speakers
Lacy Cruse:
Lacey Cruse is currently serving her first term as County Commissioner for the 4th District of Sedgwick County, which covers the north-central part of Kansas’ second largest county. Before entering politics, her professional career included work as an accomplished singer/songwriter and senior living management experience in marketing, advertising, branding, and consulting.
Sarah Lopez:
Sarah Lopez is currently running as a candidate for District 2 on the Sedgwick County Commission. Sarah was raised in Sedgwick County, graduating from Wichita Public Schools and Wichita Technical Institute. She is a regional healthcare technology administrator with Ascension. She began her fourteen year career upon graduation.
Renee Duxler:
Renee Duxler is the Director of Economic & Workforce Development with the Salina Area Chamber of Commerce. She has held many director roles with non-profits in a career that has spanned more than a decade. Renee ran for the District 1 seat on the Sedgwick County Commission in November 2018.
