Looking for a way to give back? Join Habitat for Humanity on August 4 to work on a Community Build house, a new construction in the “Rock the Block” revitalization area. Read the Typical Day at the Build Site informational flyer to familiarize yourself with what to expect, what to wear, etc.

Every hand makes a difference, so invite friends and family members to grab some tools and help build a house for a family in need. This is an all day event, so plan to work hard, have fun and give back!

To sign up, follow the instructions below:

1.  Visit the Wichita Habitat for Humanity event registration page.
2. Select the event and follow the on screen instructions to access the CERVIS registration system. If this is your first time using the online registration system, you will be prompted to create a Volunteer Profile and to read and accept the electronic volunteer Waiver of Liability terms and conditions. (Must be accepted in order to volunteer with Wichita Habitat for Humanity.)
3. Once you have successfully signed into the system (or created a profile, if needed) you can select your day of the service to complete registration and receive a confirmation E-mail.

Registration closes July 20. Registration will be limited to 10 volunteers. If you sign up and your plans change, please immediately notify Ulises Gonzalez (YPW).
