Come Watch as Bee Hive Teams compete for Top Bumble Bee!

The ICT Adult Spelling Bee is a fun-filled adult spelling competition to raise funds for Dear Neighbor Ministries. For only $25 you can be a “Bee” Watcher. Complementary hors d’oeuvres, beer, and wine are included in the $25 ticket price.

The hive convenes on June 21st at the Dugan-Gorges Conference Center at Newman University (3100 McCormick Avenue, Wichita, Kansas 67213). Doors open at 5:30 with the event beggining at 6:00pm.

Dear Neighbor Ministries, founded in 2001 by the Sisters of St. Joseph, is an organization that believes in being a “Good Neighbor” to everyone. Dear Neighbor Ministries provide Stop-Gap services to the surrounding Hilltop community whether it is assistance with rent and utilities and/or food from our pantry. Dear Neighbor currently facilitates bilingual courses on financial literacy, English as a second language course, 4-H Spin clubs for children agens 7 to 18, as well as many other events and services that provide hope and brighten the Hilltop community.
