Leadership Academy Applications 2025

Leadership Academy is W’s premier program for young professionals desiring to level up professionally and personally.

Over six weeks, each participant uncovers their personal leadership style, values, strengths, and how to use each to motivate others and create change in their community and organization. This selective program provides opportunities to join in-depth conversations with Wichita’s top community and business leaders, participate in leadership exercises, and forge invaluable relationships with their fellow Leadership Academy class members.

Program applications are open now until July 15, 11:59 p.m. The program will start on August 5, 2025. You will be notified no later than July 28 if you have been selected for the 2025 class. 

Time Commitment

Six weekly sessions, 3:00-6:00 p.m. except Sept. 2 and Sept. 23 will be until 6:30 p.m.
