Redlining is described as the illegal discriminatory practice in which a mortgage lender denies loans or an insurance provider restricts services to certain areas of a community, often because of the racial characteristics of the applicant’s neighborhood.

The Odyssey, launched in 2019, provides young professionals the opportunity to learn from peers in other cities about the ways they are affecting change in their communities. In 2021 we plan to visit Omaha and connect with our peers there over two days.
