This event is to kick off Operation Christmas Child’s season by sharing stories of how simple shoebox gifts have impacted the lives of children and their families. Information, updates and resources will be available to equip volunteers to pack shoeboxes and to encourage others to do the same.

This year, Samaritan’s Purse hopes to deliver 12 million shoebox gifts to children in need around the world through its project, Operation Christmas Child. Transform an empty shoebox into a colorfully wrapped gift of hope by filling it with school supplies, hygiene items, and fun toys.
