Michael Ramsey, developer of The LUX, Zelman Lofts and The Renfro would like your input on what you want to see downtown. He’ll share his background, why he became involved with downtown and where he sees it moving towards.

There is no cost for this members-only event. Limited to the first 30 YPW Member registrants.

The tentative schedule for the evening is as follows:

• 5:30 pm: Tour of commercial & residential spaces (including access to the rooftop!)
• 6:30 pm: Informal round table discussion with appetizers and cash bar
