Who’s ready to celebrate? Join W at Zoobilee! W members and their guests will have exclusive access to a private, reserved tent in the middle of the action with a private bar and restroom (okay, private port-a-potty). Buying your ticket through W will also grant you early access to Zoobilee and will allow you to bypass check-in lines!
Enjoy food and drinks from local restaurants and bars, bid on hundreds of items in Zoobilee’s one-of-a-kind silent auction, and dance the night away.

Tickets must be purchased by a W Member. You may purchase guest tickets by adding the number of extra tickets to your purchase. Registration closes at 12:00 p.m., September 10. Only 125 tickets are available for this experience, so be sure to commit early. Adult beverages will be served at this event, so be prepared to show a valid driver’s license.

Zoobilee will be held RAIN or SHINE. Tickets are not refundable or transferable. Tickets must be purchased by a W Member. You may purchase guest tickets by adding the number of extra tickets to your purchase.
Note: Anyone who purchase their tickets outside of W will not be granted access to the gazebo. Tickets purchased online will be processed and mailed out to you within 7 business days. The last day tickets will be mailed is Friday, September 3. All tickets purchased after the 3rd at noon will be available for pick up at the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce at 350 W. Douglas from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. Tickets not picked up by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 10, will be available for pick up at Will Call at the Zoo the day of the event.
Registrants of W events agree to allow W and its official photographer(s) to photograph them in the context of the event. Footage captured by the official W photographer may be posted on social media, shared with media outlets, and/or used in future print and electronic promotional materials.
