W Leadership Academy Application 2024

Leadership Academy is W’s premier program for young professionals desiring to level up professionally and personally.

Over six weeks, each participant uncovers their personal leadership style, values, strengths, and how to use each to motivate others and create change in their community and organization. This selective program provides opportunities to join in-depth conversations with Wichita’s top community and business leaders, participate in leadership exercises, and forge invaluable relationships with their fellow Leadership Academy class members.

Program applications are open July 10-30, 2024. The program will start on August 22, 2024. You will be notified no later than August 9 if you have been selected for the 2024 class. 

Time Commitment

Six weekly sessions,3:00-6:00 pm. on the following session dates:

There will be a couple of mingles outside of these times that will be optional, but highly beneficial. A Mid-Year Mingle on September 10 after the session and a mingle to be scheduled with the 2024 Leadership Wichita class on a separate date.
