The Wichita Public Library and Wichita Independent Neighborhoods are offering a City 101 series on different aspects of civic engagement through May.

This series will help you get educated about civic matters, learn how the city works, what the role is for the mayor, City Council and city manager.
Courses will be taught by WIN members.
