At the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s, participants carry flowers representing their connection to Alzheimer’s – a disease that can’t be prevented, cured, or even slowed. But what if one day it could? By walking together, we can help make that beautiful day happen. Join us at Walk to End Alzheimer’s, the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s cure, support, and research. Each year, nearly 500,000 people come together in over 600 communities to advance the fight against the disease.

This year, in Wichita, the Walk to End Alzheimer’s will be held at Intrust Bank Arena on Saturday, October 13, 2018. Registration will start at 8:00 AM and the ceremony will begin at 10:00 AM – with the walk to immediately follow the conclusion of the ceremony.

We are seeking volunteers to help with set-up, registration and clean-up. We kindly ask that our volunteers arrive by 7:30 AM.
