Jennifer McDonald is the entrepreneur behind Jenny Dawn Cellars. Jennifer received a Master’s in Agribusiness from Kansas State University in May of 2016. Her thesis was titled, Factors Influencing Premiums on Local Wines: An Exploratory Assessment of Kansas Wine. During her thesis research, Jennifer hosted wine tasting focus groups to analyze consumer wine preferences. Jennifer completed her degree but her research is continuing.
