YPW is bringing you a special partnership event with the Wichita Symphony Orchestra.

A multi-media concert celebration of Symphonic swing and one of the greatest teams in the history of American music, George and Ira Gershwin. Dance in your seat and feel the city street beneath you with every trill, slide and bump of the bass in this full-swing concert of Gershwin’s greatest hits which also features singing, dancing, rare photos, audio and video clips from the Gershwin Family vault.

Following the concert, the WSO is hosting a dance party at an undisclosed location in Century II. DJ Carbon and the  Wichita Swing Dance Society will continue the festivities with a fresh new mix of Gershwin Brothers’ magic. Instructions for how to find the party will be included with your tickets.

YPW will have seating together at the concert celebration. Ticket cost is $40 per person and includes entrance into after party. Access to after party is limited to WSO members and YPW members.
