Zoobilee 2018: YPW Gazebo

We are carrying on the YPW tradition of offering Zoobilee tickets to our members! YPW members and their guests will have a private, reserved tent in the middle of the action with a private bar and restroom (okay, private port-a-potty). If you are planning on going to Zoobilee, make sure you buy your tickets through YPW so you can have access to this private area to relax and take a break from enjoying all of the food and beverages. You will also be granted early access to the event, and get to bypass the check-in lines!Musical entertainment and wild animals will greet you as you arrive for this annual fundraiser. Bring your appetites for delicious delicacies from our community’s favorite restaurants. Bid on hundreds of items in the Zoo’s one-of-a-kind Silent Auction. Participate in our Live Auction. Adopt the gorillas, penguins or tigers; there are many more from which to choose! Dance the night away to the rhythm of several bands performing throughout the Zoo.Adult beverages will be served at this Signature Zoo Event so please be prepared to show a valid driver’s license to receive your drink-access wrist band. Plan to join the fun! All proceeds go directly to Sedgwick County Zoo. Remember, $105 of the ticket price is tax-deductible.Please note: Zoobilee will be held RAIN or SHINE. Tickets are not refundable or transferable. Tickets must be purchased by a YPW Member. You may purchase guest tickets by adding the number of extra tickets to your purchase.Note: Anyone who purchase their tickets outside of YPW will not be granted access to the gazebo. Tickets purchased online will be processed and mailed out to you within 7 business days. The last day tickets will be mailed is Thursday, August 31. All tickets purchased after the 31st at noon will be available for pick up at the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce at 350 W. Douglas from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. Tickets not picked up by 5 p.m. on Thursday, September 7, will be available for pick up at Will Call at the Zoo the day of the event. Register – tickets must be purchased by a YPW Member. You may purchase guest tickets by adding the number of extra tickets to your purchase. Registration closes at 5 p.m., September 7. Only 124 tickets are available for this experience, so be sure to commit early.
