Cami Dinkel Named W Program Manager

Cami Dinkel took over as Program Manager of W in May 2026.

The Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce Cami Dinkel as the new Program Manager for W – A Community of Young Professionals. As Program Manager for W, Cami will help lead programming, events and engagement efforts focused on attracting, retaining and developing young professionals in the Wichita region.

Cami recently relocated to Wichita from Salina and brings a background in nonprofit marketing, communications and event planning. Most recently, she served as Director of Marketing for the Salina Area United Way. Prior to that role, she worked as Marketing and Events Coordinator for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Salina.

“Cami brings a strong background in community engagement, relationship building and nonprofit leadership that aligns well with the mission of W,” said Brecken Morel, Interim President & CEO of the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce. “Her passion for helping communities thrive and creating meaningful experiences will be a great asset for W and for our young professional community.”

Cami has also been actively involved in young professional programming, serving as President of Salina Area Young Professionals in 2022.

“I’m excited to lead W and become part of the Wichita community,” Cami said. “W plays an important role in helping young professionals build connections, grow as leaders and feel engaged in the community. I’m looking forward to meeting new people, building relationships and helping our members get the most out of W.”

Outside of work, Cami enjoys traveling, reading, exploring local restaurants, playing board games, attending Kansas State Wildcats football games and spending time with friends and family.
