W, formerly Young Professionals of Wichita, has been working towards accomplishing its mission of attracting, retaining, and engaging diverse young talent since 2005. We have been doing this work because we believe young professionals are vital to the success of our community and organizations.
Over the last 15 years our environment has changed, our challenges have evolved, but one thing remains constant, young talent is pivotal to the work we do.
