Sep 21, 2018 · wyoungpros

We are excited to announce our new Board Members for YPW’s 2019 Board of Trustees. Six talented leaders will be welcomed onto our Board. Their experiences and skills will drive Young Professionals of Wichita to continue becoming the leader in talent retention and engagement in our city.

Our incoming Chair-Elect, Kate Flavin, shared her vision for YPW and our organization’s future:

YPW should be a welcoming, diverse, and inclusive organization which supports, encourages, and grows our community’s next generation of leaders. We need active volunteers who seek new opportunities and events for the organization. Our volunteers should feel valued and strive to create interesting and engaging YPW events and activities. YPW should be looked to as the primary organization for getting young professionals input, engagement, and professional development training to become better leaders.

Needless to say, we are thrilled to welcome Kate and our new Board members to YPW.
